    EXPO SITE REQUIREMENTS

    Grass-only sites:

    Supplier Expo site rates include power to your site and night security from Monday to Thursday.

    Marquees for your site are an additional charge. Please note: Your marquee must fit inside your designated site size, including pegs and guide ropes.
    Included in your grass-only site:

    - Grass site.

    - One standard power connection (generated power distribution box behind your site. Please supply your own 30m lead.)

    - Night security from Monday to Thursday.

    - Marquee and furniture costs are additional. X-Site are our preferred suppliers of marquees for Annual Connection. Pricing and contacts will be supplied at time of booking your exhibitor site.

    - Exhibitor listing in the official event program.

     

    Strip marquee sites:


    If you would prefer to purchase a site package, including a marquee, we have three types of strip marquees available. Strip marquee sites include the below:

    - Marquee.

    - Divider walls between sites.

    - Flooring.

    - Trestle table and 2 chairs (sized according to site).

    - Power lead and multibox.

    - Night security from Monday to Thursday.

    - Exhibitor listing in the official event program.

     

    DEMONSTRATIONS

    Interaction at your site will drive more traffic to see what's happening. We encourage you to do some sort of demonstration while you are exhibiting at Annual Connection.

     

    HOSPITALITY


    You may include, within your site, free hospitality for your clients or guests. Please register your interest here. Information about your hospitality will be required no later than 1 August 2026 so that the necessary authority can be advised by the event organisers. Alcohol is not permitted within the Annual Connection event unless it is for an organised function.

     

    ANNUAL CONNECTION PROGRAMME ADVERTISING

    If you would like to advertise in the Annual Connection Event Programme, please indicate your selection below.

     

    COMPANY PROFILE

    This year, we will profile your business in the official event programme. Please describe your business in 800 words or less.

     

    FENCE SIGNAGE (BRAND WRAP)

    If you would like branded signage on the temporary fencing in front of your site, please choose the amount of panels you desire here. Panels are 2.2m x 0.83m.

     

    FREIGHT


    Annual Connection has a preferred freight partner, with all your freight incoming and outgoing from a central point. Freight will be delivered to your site on Monday morning and collected again on Friday for return.
